Here at Gaskets Unlimited, we are committed to giving you a 100% correct gasket 100% of the time. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the gaskets you purchased, contact our customer service department immediately and we will do everything in our power to correct the problem.  If we cannot do this, we will authorize a full credit of your gasket's subtotal for an exchange of another product.  We'll make sure you have a gasket that works for your unit!

• If you make a measuring mistake or an incorrect profile choice on your gasket order, notify us within 30 days. 
• Not all parts are returnable such as custom made gaskets and strip curtains but they may be eligible for a warranty replacement. We can help you find the correct gasket and use the previous gasket's subtotal as in-store credit towards the replacement. You will only need to pay the difference in price (if any).
• If you want to return or cancel an order containing non-custom, resalable items, you may incur a restocking fee of 18% - 25% depending on the item.
